Return Policy
All products are free of damage and breakage when they leave our warehouse, our staffs ensure this upon packing each order. Damage however may occur during transit, and we guarantee to replace products broken or damaged in transit at no additional cost to customers. All damaged items will need to be returned to us. Replacement goods will be shipped out once the damaged goods are receive and inspected. There will be no additional shipping charges for replacement items.
Refund Policy
Food items are not refundable as it is not legal to resell food items that have been sent out. Please choose your goods carefully. However we understand that there may be some circumstances in which a refund may be provided. Please contact us to resolve any issues.
